Gregory Pantin
Gregory’s core practice includes advising clients and assisting them in managing legal disputes and potential disputes involving commercial litigation, shareholders’ remedies, industrial relations and employment law, personal injuries, enforcement of foreign judgments. As Instructing Attorney, he has been involved in drafting of Court documents including Pleadings, Applications, Affidavits, Skeleton Arguments, Evidence and Arguments.
He began his career at Hamel-Smith shortly after being admitted in October 2002. He has represented clients as Counsel at the High Court and Industrial Court, the Environmental Commission, and also appeared as counsel in Arbitrations within the energy and construction sectors. Gregory is a certified Arbitrator, a member of Shiparrested and is certified by Lloyd’s Maritime Academy.
