Satcha S-C. S. Kissoon  BSc, LLB, LEC, LLM has been in practice for over 20 years and is the Managing Partner of Dentons Delany Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.  He also serves as the Regional Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution and is the Co-Chair of the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice.

Satcha has successfully argued at all levels of Court in the Caribbean, including regular appearances before the Caribbean Court of Justice. He has recently been spotlighted in Chambers and Partner in 2024 for recognition in Caribbean Wide Dispute Resolution.
