Arabella is a Partner at Agon Litigation, and one of the BVI’s best-known litigators. She began her career at the English Chancery Bar, before working for Linklaters (London) and Appleby (Bermuda). She is ranked in Band 1 for Dispute Resolution in Chambers & Partners Global. She is a past President of the BVI Bar Association and the BVI Chapter of CIArb. She regularly sits as an arbitrator and is a member of the BVI IAC panel.
