Daniel Brantes Ferreira is an independent arbitrator and the Brazilian Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution Editor-in-Chief. He is a founding partner at DBFLaw, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), holds a Doctor of Law degree, and is a Professor and author of numerous books and papers on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms.
