David S Berry, FCIArb is a Professor of Public International Law and Regional Integration Law. He teaches and practices in the same areas as well as in the area of international commercial arbitration. He is on the Roll of Eminent Caribbean International Law Jurists and his book, Caribbean Integration Law (OUP, 2014), is widely cited and used by jurists, practitioners, and students across the West Indies. In his practice Professor Berry has served Governments, and regional and international organisations, including in cases before a range of international tribunals. He also has served as an arbitrator in two ICSID arbitrations.
