Tyrone Marcus

  1. Tyrone Marcus is an author and lecturer in law at the University of the West Indies where he teaches constitutional law, tort law and sports law, among other courses. He is a member of the Juridical Commission of the Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committees (CANOC) a member of the Continental Anti-Doping Panel for the Americas and a former legal adviser at the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs. He has a Masters’ Degree in Sports Law and Practice from the De Montfort University in Leicester, England, is the author of Sports Law in Trinidad and Tobago (Wolters/Kluwer, 2019) and co-author of Commonwealth Caribbean Sports Law (Routledge, 2019).
