Philip W. “Whit” Engle, FCIArb, is a Florida USA based Attorney and Solicitor, Arbitrator and Mediator for international business, trade and investment.

He is an Attorney at Law in the USA and a Solicitor (England and Wales).  A panelist for ICDR/AAA, USCIB, FINRA other organizations, he holds a BA, MPA, MBA and JD.

Mr Engle is a past chair of the North American Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a founding member of the Miami International Arbitration Society (MIAS);  the Atlanta International Arbitration Society (AtlAS) (Past President) and the North American Roundtable on International Arbitration (NARIA).
