Camille Dundas

Racial Equity Educator, The IDEA Practice Inc.

Camille Dundas is an award-winning Canadian journalist and corporate educator specializing in allyship and anti-racism education.

She is the founder of The IDEA Practice Inc, a community of professionals helping deliver Canada’s first corporate micro-credential in workplace diversity, equity and inclusion. Camille’s professional background is in TV journalism where she spent a decade as a producer in some of Canada’s largest newsrooms. She went on to co-found Canada’s leading Black online magazine, the award-winning ByBlacks.com where she still serves as the Editor-in-Chief.

Through keynotes, workshop series, and program implementations, she’s led challenging and solutions-based conversations at global companies such as Google, KPMG Financial, and AstraZeneca.
