Mark Forte is Managing Partner and Head of Litigation and Restructuring in Conyers’ BVI office.  He specialises in complex commercial litigation and contentious cross-border insolvency.  With over 30 years’ litigation experience, Mark is a frequently appearing advocate in some of the jurisdiction’s leading cases, regularly acting as lead counsel in Commercial Court and Court of Appeal cases.  His broad dispute resolution experience includes arbitration before various tribunals, obtaining emergency interim relief measures from the BVI courts to assist arbitrations, and appearing as an expert witness in investment treaty arbitrations before the ICSD in Washington DC and the US Bankruptcy Court.
